At Aya Luxe, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Due to the nature of our items and for quality assurance purposes, all sales are final.

We DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.

-Damaged or Incorrect Items-

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at drdrllc@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
